Our ‘Benefits Management‘ offerings help organisations to institutionalise the practice of managing benefits alongside the portfolio management practice, and the operational and HR performance practices.
We think that this capability is more important than ever: we see organisations being asked to live within their means and sweat the assets that they already have. Their programs and projects are under increased pressure to realise their forecast benefits.
In simple terms, we help organisations to identify and value the quantifiable benefits that accrue from business change projects and make sure that their value is realised and accounted for across the organisation’s portfolio of programs and projects.
EDUCATION
We educate organisations and the people that would perform key roles in Benefits Management as to why it is important and what must be true for an organisation to institutionalise Benefits Management.
PREPARATION
We examine the organisation’s existing P3O or equivalent operations and the stakeholders that are serviced at a portfolio, program and project level to determine how best to assign accountability and responsibility for Benefits Management across existing roles.
ESTABLISHMENT
We help to Establish the processes, forums, work products and documents in support of the Benefits Management practice and pilot an initiative. The focus is on leveraging what exists and augmenting it for the benefits management practice to thrive.
